TargetShine is a career acceleration platform that provides resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, job application assistance, and related professional services designed to enhance your career profile. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our services across all platforms, including our website, dashboards, WhatsApp communication, and direct consultations. By accessing, registering, or purchasing any service from TargetShine, you acknowledge that these Terms are legally binding. Our objective is to deliver high-quality, personalized career solutions while maintaining transparency, trust, and professionalism.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with TargetShine, submitting your personal or professional information, or making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately. Continued usage of the platform or services constitutes unconditional acceptance of the Terms, whether or not you explicitly acknowledge them.
Services Provided
TargetShine offers professional resume writing, ATS optimization, LinkedIn profile enhancement, job application support, cover letter creation, interview preparation, and expert career consultation services. Our services leverage industry research, recruiter insights, ATS standards, and AI-powered tools to align your profile with current job market expectations. Service offerings may evolve over time to reflect industry trends and internal enhancements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information related to their education, work experience, skills, and career goals. Timely responses and submission of required documents such as resumes, certifications, or job descriptions are essential for meeting delivery timelines. TargetShine is not liable for delays, inaccuracies, or suboptimal results caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
Delivery Timeline
Once all required information is received and validated, TargetShine typically delivers the first draft within 3–5 business days unless otherwise specified. Delivery timelines may vary due to workload, public holidays, complexity of requirements, or delays in client responses. Clients will be informed in advance if there are unavoidable delays.
Revisions Policy
Each service package includes a defined number of revisions as communicated at the time of purchase. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the draft. Revisions are limited to refinement and optimization within the original scope. Major changes such as new job roles, experience additions, or career direction changes may require additional charges.
Payment Terms
All services must be paid for in advance before work commences. Payments are non-transferable and allocate expert time and system resources to your project. TargetShine accepts digital payment methods including UPI, cards, and supported online payment gateways. Invoices can be requested upon payment confirmation.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, TargetShine follows a strict refund policy as outlined in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Refunds are not granted for change of mind, delays caused by the client, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference. Quality concerns are addressed through revisions within the agreed scope.
Job Guarantee Disclaimer
TargetShine does not guarantee job offers, interview calls, shortlisting, or employment outcomes. Our services are designed to enhance your profile and visibility, but final hiring decisions depend on market conditions, recruiter preferences, competition, and individual qualifications. We provide tools and guidance, not employment assurance.
Intellectual Property
All resumes, templates, formats, written content, designs, and proprietary frameworks created by TargetShine remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise. Clients are granted the right to use the final delivered documents strictly for personal career purposes. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of TargetShine materials is prohibited.
Communication Consent
By using TargetShine services, you consent to receive communication via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or phone calls related to service delivery, updates, reminders, feedback, and relevant promotions. You may opt out of promotional communication at any time, but essential service-related communication will continue.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
TargetShine maintains strict confidentiality of all client data, documents, and personal information. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law. While we implement reasonable security measures, clients are responsible for securing their own access points such as email and devices.
Termination of Service
TargetShine reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms, provides false information, misuses the platform, or engages in abusive or unprofessional behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Clients may voluntarily discontinue services, but payments remain non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
TargetShine is not liable for job rejections, lack of interview responses, ATS behavior, recruiter decisions, or third-party platform issues. Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service purchased. We are not responsible for outcomes beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of TargetShine services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Updates to Terms
TargetShine reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or policy updates. Revised Terms will be published on our platform. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
